The Apollo Belvedere is a marble Greek sculpture from around the 1st century BCE (although it was probably a Roman copy of an earlier bronze statue made by the Greek sculptor Leochares.) It was once considered one of the greatest ancient sculptures ever made. The statue was found in the 15th century, and belonged to Cardinal Giuliano della Rovere.Apollo.
